Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processor. Formspree stores your submission and delivers it to our inbox. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We then retain your enquiry details in our own inbox and project management tools for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless you've become a client.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time. Just email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it within 7 days.
We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io) to see how many people visit, which pages get read, and which links get clicked — so we can make the site better. It's privacy-first by design: no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking, and nothing that identifies you. Every number is aggregate. Plausible is EU-hosted and GDPR-friendly; their data policy is at plausible.io/data-policy.
